What's the reasoning behind this?

What is something you give the Devs praise for in this game?

For me, the recent dev diaries around roads to power are clear improvements on their communication towards the community. I like how much open to discuss and informative of what they are actually developing, and what not. Overall 10/10

I want slowburn, really slowburn.

Most of the fanfiction I read on lc was arranged so that they had feelings for each other right from the first meeting, and it's all very nice, but I'm really very greedy for a slow-paced relationship. If it modern au it would be perfect. But the main criterion is a high-quality slowburn. (I've already read drama queens). Enemies/friends to lovers, whatever

Which Nation/Geographical Area from the Ys series is/are your favorite?

1. Esteria 2. Ys 3. Felghana 4. Celceta (Memories version) 5. Celceta (Dawn version) 6. Xandria 7. Canaan Islands 8. Altago 9. Isle of Seiren 10. Balduq 11. Obelia Gulf Either based on geographical landmarks, environments, history, legends and NPCs. Tho I have to make a ground rule for the CastAway Village of VIII. NPCs from Dana's era and Critters from the current era (Master Kong, ShoeBill) are Fair game but the CastAway is an outlier situation that is specific to the plot of VIII and not of Isle of Seiren so it seems unfair. Someone could say the same with the Castaways of VI but they were there for a significant longer period of time and Rimorge is a proper town so they are counted As for my answer, I can't fully decide between Ys, and Altago There's already the Floating aspect which makes it very cool and scenic. Even without that the landscape of Ys is fascinating. There is a Shrine Area that leads to an Icy Mountain area that leads to a lava area then finally a Mountain Shrine Area. The people are very colorful too. Ys II Chronicles NPC Dialogues are underrated especially the gift system dialogues. There are saecasric ppl, pessimistic, crazy, denegerates and even 4th walk Breakers. Then don't got me started with the History of Ys. It's so rich they made six books about them. Altago is a very diverse area. The mainland is made up of 4 groups that occupy an area with significantly different environments. Altago city is a bustling port city, it's a cozy enough place to live in (racism/classicm aside). The other 3 Tribes are set on Forest, Desert and Mountain top areas. If that wasn't enough those three areas got Massive Shrine temples. These areas linked by a massive plain filled with dinosaur like creatures Also there's a secret hidden village located in another realm and an abandoned ruin village on the coast.

Character background

So, after playing the game for a few weeks, I put together a rough background for my character, as I wanted to flesh out her story some more. Let me know what you think and if you’ve done something similar, I’d love to read it! Born to a Cadian father, Adrasteia Scipio-Grimald was always destined to be a soldier of the Cadian 3001st. At the age of fifteen, she was thrown into the meat-grinder of the frontline of one of the Imperium’s innumerable conflicts against the forces of Chaos along with her platoon of Whiteshields. The war was plagued by constant problems with incompetent administration, unreliable supply lines and fierce resistance. Her platoon of Whiteshields was all but wiped out within days, and a year later Adrasteia and the survivors were captured by Chaos cultists and tortured for information and entertainment. Adrasteia bided her time and eventually managed to escape with some of her fellow Whiteshields, slaughtering their captors in the process. After five years, the Cadian 3001st itself had been all but destroyed and yet Adrasteia kept fighting, rallying her surviving comrades-in-arms to her side until reinforcements could arrive. These reinforcements came in the form of the Scanthian Jannissaries. Now, the war reached a turning point. The previous incompetent administration of the war were volunteered for servitorization, replaced by more competent leadership. Supply lines stabilized. As it progressed, Adrasteia and her surviving Cadians worked closely with the Scanthian Janissaries and by the war’s end the few remaining elements of the Cadian 3001st were ordered by the Lord General Militant in command of the overall war effort to integrate into the Scanthian Janissaries, which they did reluctantly, but with honour. The survivors of the Cadian 3001st went on to serve there with distinction, assimilating many of their cultural and military practices into the Scanthian Janissaries. During the worst days of the fighting, Adrasteia had realized one simple thing; that her survival and the survival of her fellow Cadians had not depended on the Emperor or any other power. Their survival had depended solely on themselves, on their own efforts as humans and comrades in arms. But instead of feeling betrayed or abandoned, Adrasteia’s resolve was strengthened. As long as they had each other, as long as they fought for each other and their fellow man, as long as they had hope, humanity had a future. As the years progressed, Adrasteia rose in the ranks of the Scanthian Janissaries, eventually reaching the rank of Lieutenant General. In honor of the Cadian 3001st, she presented their standard and iconography to her personal company of the Scanthian Janissaries, a company that was largely composed of survivors from the Cadian 3001st. Adrasteia led the Scanthian Janissaries to new heights, combining Cadian discipline and tactics with Scanthian military practices. Eventually, however, a summons arrived, sent by the Rogue Trader of House von Valancius…

Air France Kids Solo lost my son

I'm looking for some help or advice on how to proceed with a complaint to Air France. My son (10yo) flew solo from Paris to Dublin in January. I was at the gate in Dublin to collect him and saw him walk through arrivals with another boy (8yo). There was no Air France chaperone with them. We then spent at least 15mins (could be more, I wasn't checking time) looking around Dublin airport for someone from Air France to find out what had happened. The AF flight attendant eventually came through the gate with 4 other children. She looked very relieved to see the 2 boys, and tried to suggest it was their fault for wandering off. She said they had been looking everywhere for the 2 children airside. My son explained that he and the other boy had been paired off and were following the chaperone. They lost sight of her, then my son saw someone who looked like her, they followed that person and got lost. He saw the arrivals gate and went through it knowing he'd find me at the other side (and luckily I was there!). I think there are several failings on AFs part here: The 2 youngest children were paired off and seemed to be at the back of the group. The children didn't know what to do if they got separated from the group. AF didn't contact me to let me know the situation. Can one adult safely chaperone six children? I've tried to raise this with AF several different way, I want them to be aware this happened and take steps to ensure it doesn't happen again. No harm was done but it could easily have been a very serious incident. My son's father (he took my son to the airport in Paris) has said he raised it through the official complaint form but has heard nothing after a month. I have emailed their customer service line and not received a response. Can anyone help with another email contact? Or does anyone have any advice on how to elevate this complaint? Thanks!

I've been a homeowner for 4 years. These are the biggest things I wish somebody told me on day one.

**1.  Your home equity is a gold-mine. If you need cash, stop taking out high-interest loans.** So many people take out high-interest payday loans – please don’t do this. If you get into trouble you can typically get a relatively low-interest HELOC (a home equity line of credit). Essentially with a HELOC, you’re borrowing against the equity you have in your house and use it for whatever you need (much like a credit card). Typically, you’ll get lower interest rates and more flexible repayment terms compared to traditional loans. Here’s a calculator you can use to see how much/little you could borrow ([link here](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=lt-home&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st)). Side note: if you hate debt, you can still get money out of your home’s equity by using something like [Hometap](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=hometap&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st), where you more or less sell investors a portion of your equity without a loan) **2. Switch auto insurance companies every 6-12 months.** If you haven’t compared auto insurance rates in the last 6 months, you’re probably overspending (on average by \~$400/year[¹](https://betterbuck.net/content/heres-how-much-youre-actually-overpaying-for-car-insurance/?subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1028-New-HELOC1st-Source)).  Example: I cut my car insurance bill by \~$1,300 this year by switching carriers (same exact coverage too) and it took me a whopping 5 minutes. Take two minutes and pull up a comparison site (I used [Coverage.com](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=bankrate&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st), [Auto-Savings.com](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=otto&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st) is fine too) and compare multiple offers from different companies in one go. Worst case scenario: you stay with what you’ve got. Best case scenario: you save a few hundred dollars a year. Here’s a link to a good comparison site:[ link](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=bankrate&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st). **3. Try and find the best price online.** Big stores like Amazon know that no one has time to price shop through dozens of sites, so there’s often no incentive for them to offer bargain prices. I typically hate browser extensions with a fiery passion, but Capital One Shopping has always worked well for me and I'd recommend trying it ([link here](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=capitalone2&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st)). When you shop online (on Amazon or elsewhere) it will automatically compare prices for you, and auto-apply coupon codes when possible. **4. Get yourself a dang advisor.** Most people are under the false impression that financial advisors are just for wealthy people. They absolutely aren’t: if you have a net worth of $100k+, you can typically qualify for an advisor. Having an advisor typically increases your yearly returns by 3%[¹](https://corporate.vanguard.com/content/dam/corp/articles/pdf/putting_value_on_your_value_quantifying_vanguard_advisors_alpha.pdf) (mostly due to smarter tax planning) If you don’t have an advisor in your family, use a site like [WiserAdvisor](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=wiser&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st) or [Zoe Financial](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=zoe&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st) to find somebody with good reviews in your area. **5. You don't have to pay off your debt by yourself.** Very few people know about it, but If you have $10k+ in debt, you can technically ask a debt relief to come in and take over the process for you.  It’ll typically save you 23% off your total debt, after fees (according to NDR, a big debt relief company).  They’ll negotiate with your creditors and try to get your debt reduced (then they take a cut of the savings). Typically people who are struggling with debt save 23% on avg. when they ask for help from debt relief companies. Here’s a little calculator you can use to see how much you’d potentially save: [link](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=ndr2&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st)). **6. Save on home insurance.** Some homeowners save $1k+/year just by switching home insurance providers (typically saving them more than changing auto insurance policies). If it’s been over a year since you’ve reviewed your rates, it might be worth taking a few minutes to compare offers. Here’s a home insurance comparison site I’ve used: ([link](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=bankrate-home&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st)).

Loving it, but auto saves need more consistency

Big fan of the first game since it launched, and I’m absolutely loving this one too, but I really shouldn’t have to choose between using valuable save potions that I just made or losing two hours of alchemy progress just because I decided to go buy clothes and the game deciding to crash… maybe have a timed auto save? Hell you could even make it update and delete the last timed save to stop scumming it… just some kind of insurance for freezing issues that aren’t in the players control

Resistance bands

Has anyone been able to successfully swap a cable exercise for resistance bands? I don’t have a cable machine but I do have 200+ pounds for resistance bands. I know I can replace them in theory, but I’m confused on anchoring the resistance bands. For instance, if I calls for a 60lb cable, but it’s anchored through a loop, and connected at two different points, am I using the 60lb band, 30, or 120 to get the 60lb of resistance? It would be nice if this option could be included instead of just a cable machine.

Kindle Language Issue + overall feelings on just received Manta. Any tips for better reading experience?

I received my Manta recently and the first impressions are good, however there are few concerns I wish I knew before I decided to get it. I had a separate post here before I choose it. [https://www.reddit.com/r/Supernote/comments/1hnewx3/get\_supernote\_a5x2\_manta\_now\_compare\_with/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web3x&utm\_name=web3xcss&utm\_term=1&utm\_content=share\_button](https://www.reddit.com/r/Supernote/comments/1hnewx3/get_supernote_a5x2_manta_now_compare_with/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) 1. No Ukrainian or Russian keyboard... ( initially I did not plan to use Manta with keyboard, so no problem as for now) 2. No Ukrainian or Russian dictionary in Kindle... (for me this is big disappointment - however I hope there will be a way to install it since these languages are available on my Kindle book) any suggestions? Kindle app is different from typical kindle and I am not able to download any additional language, only those that are in language section... + another issue that text jitters a bit when turning pages. 3. I thought the page color is a bit more white, not as light grey as it is. But I do believe that is how proper E-ink looks like.. if all around are so excited by it. I don't know. On the other hand - total quality is great, it will work for ages and the possibility to replace parts - fantastic. Also, my 4 years daughter likes to draw on it a lot... can't get it from her..) Still missing the light function for reading, but happy with the writing feel - that is I think something you should just accept... There is almost no latency, however when I write fast I can see this delay... It's my first E-Ink tablet, so I think I will get used to it... I did not have too much time with it, hope I will use it more during next weeks to understand fully if it is really for me. If there are any ex-Kindle users that use Manta with Kindle or switched to internal e-reader , please advise any tips!! Important factor is proper dictionary in Kindle App. Already promised my small Kindle book to my wife, but so far I think I will have to keep it...)

this cant be real 😭

Questioning my conscience and feeling lost

Not sure if I'm allowed to disclose this. But I would like to know if it's a good thing to vashikaran someone. I know it's morally a bad thing but when I asked my guru if it's immoral, he said you have pure intentions, and you are not trying to harm anyone. I really loved a girl but she left me after she said she lost interest in me. I don't think I love her anymore but I still want to get her back. I want to take care of her. But she told me she likes someone else. And no don't ask me to move on.(Her brother found out about me and beat the shit out of me and I didnt fight back because I didn't want to maybe that's why she thinks I'm pathetic). After telling all this to him, he said even if he suffers losses, he will still help me. He also claims he's capable of making money through gambling by extracting a young man's semen(upto lakhs and crores). Hence why, he's been pestering me to find gay men to meet and do ykw around a certain city. And also, for the vashikaran, he told me he'll need sperm for it too. Does this actually work at all? Idk if all this comes under the category of tantra. As I recently got introduced to it and I have been reading quite a lot books about tantra.

DID IT JUST JIGGLE????

Also the fact that he’s more sensitive around the waist instead of his butt awakened something… *evil* in me (ykwim)

Licensing question regarding rhel datacenter

Hello I’m not used to managing licenses, and I am seeking some guidance in regards to a cluster with failover on other nodes If we purchase the ‘Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Virtual Datacenters’ license, Will that license be able to move onto our other servers if our main server crashes or otherwise goes down in terms of connectivity and such? Or will I have to license each of my failover nodes? Thanks.
